After pressing this button, you'll be asked to confirm that you want to download a very small (355 KB) service on your computer:

You'll want to click the "Run" button when prompted in order to let this service install. (This program uninstalls itself after we are finished so you don't need to do any cleanup on your own or worry about us having access to your computer without you knowing about it.)

After clicking "Run" on the file download box, you may see a progress screen showing the file download (which takes only a few seconds).

When this is completed, you may also be prompted again to verify that you want to "Run" this program. This screen may look similar to this:

If you see this warning or another screen asking if you want to run the program, please go ahead and click "Run" in order to allow our service to install.

At this point, you should now expect to see a text chat window open up as our technician will need to make introductions and begin providing you with your Fast Live Help.
